Terms & Conditions

• Introduction

Peritus Managed Services (“we”, “our” or “Peritus”) offers a Refer a Friend Program (“Program”) to encourage the referral of candidates for employment opportunities. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

      2. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Peritus Managed Services and their immediate family members.
• A referral will only be deemed valid if the referred candidate (“Referee”) is not already registered with Peritus Managed Services and has not engaged with us within the past 12 months.

      3. Referral Conditions

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or by other approved means as communicated by Peritus Managed Services.
• By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained the Referee’s consent to share their personal information with Peritus Managed Services.
• Only the first individual to refer a candidate will be eligible for any potential reward associated with that candidate, subject to Peritus Managed Services’ verification processes.

      4. Reward Criteria

• Any reward offered under this Program is strictly discretionary and subject to successful placement of the referred candidate into a role by Peritus Managed Services.
• “Successful placement” is defined as the Referee commencing employment and completing any minimum employment or probationary periods as determined by Peritus Managed Services and its client.
• No reward is payable if the referred candidate is not successfully placed, does not complete minimum service requirements, or if any employment arrangement is terminated before such conditions are met.
• Peritus Managed Services reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for any reward and whether placement conditions have been satisfied.

      5. Reward Details

• Peritus Managed Services does not guarantee, promise, or specify the nature, value, or timing of any reward offered under this Program.
• Rewards, if issued, are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
• Peritus Managed Services reserves the right to substitute any reward offered with an alternative of its choosing, at its absolute discretion.

      6. Program Changes and Termination

• Peritus Managed Services reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice and without liability.
• Participation in the Program does not establish any legal relationship between Peritus Managed Services and any participant beyond the scope of these Terms and Conditions.
• Peritus Managed Services accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from or connected to the Program.

     7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peritus Managed Services operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
